Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Polytechnic for women was established in 1975 which was also International Women’s Year. This was the second Polytechnic for women in Uttar Pradesh at the time of its inception. This Institute Runs under Registered Society "VIDYA KENDRA" which is registered under Registrar of Societies U.P., under which more than 28 Institutes are being run. This Institute is well equipped for providing both theoretical and practical training with adequate class rooms, laboratories, library and sports ground for outdoor activities. It is a modern progressive institution for providing job-oriented training for women with a scientific outlook on life, dedicated to the high ideals of Late Seth Jai Prakash Ji.
Our courses, as laid down by the Board of Technical Education of U.P. Government, are aimed at making women an essential part of the self-generating economy as well as respectable members of the modern happy family.
