Congratulations- 2nd & 4th Position in Smart India Hackathon 2020 software edition

We are pleased to share that our following two teams from JMIT, Radaur had participated in Smart India Hackathon 2020 in Software edition and brought laurels to the Institute by securing 2nd and 4th positions at National Level.

Team 1- Tech Warriors

Work for - Government of Sikkim

Nodal Center – Parul University, Gujarat

 

Problem Statement : MIS for Rural Housing Scheme along with GIS Application

They provide a solution for government of Sikkim to maintain the updated data of the construction of rural houses with the help of dashboard. Location of the construction of houses and their progress is maintained through GIS.

 

Total 06 teams participated from overall India.  The Techwarriors1 performance was also fabulous. This is the only team selected for leadership talk by the Innovation cell of MHRD.   The team  scored  2^nd position.

Work for Ministry - AICTE – MIC (Student Innovation)

Problem statement: Travel & Tourism

This is an application based product which help the tourist whenever they do not have any organized way of hiring local tourist guides which can show them places.  This application also help the tourist even if guides are available but they are incompatible and lousy.

 

In student innovation there were 18 teams from various location of India.  JMIT Team “The Decoit 3.0” scored at 4^th position.
