Effective communication & Interpersonal Skills are crucial to increase employment opportunities and to compete successfully in the business environment. The real key to the effectiveness of professionals is their ability to put their domain knowledge into effective practice. The Group provides curriculum of soft Sills training, a unique opportunity for all the students, staff and faculty members to develop their personality and upgrade their communication and presentation skills. In our quest to add value to the young technocrats and would-be-engineers our institutions and to enable them to compete for the best of the companies in the placement drives, we have tied up with LEAP Skills Academy, New Delhi for a crash programme. LEAP Skills Academy will impart training in Aptitude and Numeracy Skills. Leap is a skill development organisation which mentors, trains and provides placement opportunities to students from diverse backgrounds. Since incorporation in 2013, Leap has trained more than 5000 students through various programs in Haryana, UP, Delhi, Mumbai and Rajasthan.

Skill Mukand: over the past 4 years, Leap has partnered with the Mukand group and provided placement-linked programs, skilling workshops, on-the-job training focused programs and employability skills assessments to its students. Mukand group has maintained a high standard for quality and collaborated with Leap to ensure superior learning outcomes and development of the students enrolled.

LEAP and Mukand: Leap and Mukand have had a partnership where Leap has trained over thousands of students through skill development workshops and assessed more than 1500 students through its program STEP (Skills Test for Employability and Progress) in the past. Leap and Mukand are continuing to partner in the future and aspire to bring Mukand institutions at the top in North India through a highly skilled pool of students, graduating every year.
