Mukand Group has commissioned 668.5 KWp Solar Power Plants (180 KWp at JMIT, Radaur, 55 KWp at JMIETI, Radaur, 112.5 KWp at Mukand Lal Public School, Yamuna Nagar, 75 KWp at SJPP, Damla, 196 KWp at MLN College, Yamuna Nagar, 25 KWp at MLN College, Radaur and 25 KWp at VMLG (PG) College, Ghaziabad) in all institutions in total. This meet up to 20% of electricity requirements.Its advantages are:

Solar Street Light

• At Mukand Group institutions, we have installed solar street lights as part of our green initiative to save electrical energy. Solar Street light is a lighting system composed of an LED lamp, solar panels, battery, and charge controller and there may also be an inverter.

Solar Geyser

• Solar Geyser Direct relies on warm water rising, a phenomenon known as natural convection, to circulate water through the flat plate collector and to the tank.  Our hostels are equipped with solar geysers to provide hot water supply to students.
